To provide an environment-oriented model generation device capable of improving calculation accuracy and of increasing calculation speed in a movable body simulation.SOLUTION: An environment-oriented model generation device has a control model virtually indicating a movable body, an environment-oriented model virtually indicating the environment surrounding the control model, a difference detection unit, a stress model calculation unit to calculate the stress model acting on the control model based on the control model and the environment-oriented model. a stress correction unit, a sensor model corresponding to a virtual sensor provided in the control model and to generate the state of the environment-oriented model, and a sensor correction unit. The difference detection unit calculates the difference between the environment-oriented model data and the data of the environment actual measuring database. The stress correction unit corrects the stress model using the difference, and the sensor correction unit corrects the sensor model using the difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
