To provide a rubble loading device capable of continuously and highly efficiently loading rubble from a face part onto an adjacent transport vehicle in excavation work of a small cross-section tunnel at an extremely low cost regardless of the size of the rubble.SOLUTION: A rubble loading device for loading rubble from a tunnel construction site onto a loading platform of an outgoing vehicle includes a belt conveyor that is placed in a straight line above a traveling device including a crawler and a driver's seat and along the direction of travel of the crawler, a pivotal attachment part that pivots a part of the belt conveyor to the traveling device, and a displacement mechanism that displaces an input end of the belt conveyor between a state in which it is in contact with the ground and a state in which it is raised above the ground and allows the traveling device to travel. By being composed only of the traveling device and belt conveyor, the device can be made lightweight and compact, allowing it to be manufactured at low cost. In addition, continuous and stable transportation can be performed without interrupting transportation due to the size of the rubble along a transport path, and transportation work for discharging rubble at the tunnel face can be carried out with high efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ずりの大小に拘わらず、極めて低コストで小断面トンネルの掘進工事において切羽部分のずりを連続して高効率に隣接の搬送車両に積込むことができるずり積込み装置を提供する。【解決手段】トンネル内工事現場から出るずりを搬出車両荷台に積み込むためのずり積込み装置であり、クローラ及び運転席を含む走行装置より上位であってクローラ走行方向に沿うように直線状に載置されたベルトコンベアと、ベルトコンベアの一部を走行装置に枢着させる枢着部と、ベルトコンベアの投入端を地面に接地させる状態と、地面から浮かせて走行装置を走行可能とする状態と、に変位させる変位機構と、を含む。走行装置とベルトコンベアのみの構成により装置を軽量、小型化して低コストで装置を製造し得る。また、搬送路途中でずりのサイズのために搬送を中断させることなく連続した安定搬送ができ、トンネル切羽部でのずり排出のための搬送作業を高効率に遂行できる。【選択図】図1
