To provide a battery-mounted vehicle having constitution in which a battery pack is mounted at a vehicle lower side of a floor pan, the battery-mounted vehicle enabling without increasing weight or adding a component, reduction of noise having a wide frequency band and intruding into a cabin from an underfloor.SOLUTION: A battery-mounted vehicle 10 is provided, comprising: a battery pack 30 which is mounted at a vehicle lower side of a floor pan 14 of a cabin 12; a vehicle body frame member 20 which includes a vertical wall 28C facing a peripheral wall 40 of the battery pack 30 with a gap G3 in a vehicle horizontal direction; and an expansion chamber 50 constructed in a cross-sectional view in the vehicle horizontal direction by at least one of an inner recess 54 which inwardly recesses in the vehicle horizontal direction into the peripheral wall 40 of the battery pack 30 and an outer recess 52 which outwardly recesses in the vehicle horizontal direction into the vertical wall 28C of the vehicle body frame member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
