To easily and effectively achieve additional mounting of an electronic control device accompanying modification of a control object.SOLUTION: A conversion vehicle according to an embodiment includes an existing first vehicle control device used for control of an engine vehicle, and a second vehicle control device added in order to control a rotating machine as a new drive unit.
