To provide a suspended load turning control device capable of reducing a load of a speed reduction mechanism.SOLUTION: A suspended load turning control device uses the gyro effect of a flywheel 21 for suspended load turning control. The suspended load turning control device comprises: a gimbal 31 for tiltably supporting the flywheel 21; a gimbal motor 30M for outputting rotation torque; a torque limiter 34 for transmitting the rotation torque to a speed reduction mechanism 33; and the speed reduction mechanism 33 for decelerating the rotation torque as tilting torque and outputting it to the gimbal 31. The torque limiter 34 includes a transmission cutoff of braking torque when braking the gimbal motor 30M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
