To reduce weight of a vehicle and improve strength and rigidity of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A rear part constituting member 100 is an integrally casted hollow member, which is constituted of a main body part 10, a tower part 40, a suspension member part 50 and a front end block 70. The front end block 70 is a closed cross section member extending in a vehicle width direction, which is constituted of a rear panel 77, a front panel 78 and a plate member 79, and whose end part outside in the vehicle width direction is connected to a rear pillar 84 and a locker 81. A right side plate 11 of the main body part 10 and a right side plate of the suspension member part are connected to the rear panel 77. A left side plate 12 of the main body part 10 and a left side plate of the suspension member are connected to the front panel 78.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
