To perform stable flow rate adjustment by avoiding a structure generating backlash as an opening mechanism adjusting an energizing spring from the outside of a valve block.SOLUTION: A hydraulic valve unit is provided with a spool 40a that adjusts a flow rate of an oil path provided on a valve block 30, a solenoid 5 that moves the spool 40a, an energizing spring 50 that energizes the spool 40a in a direction returning it to an initial position, and an initial pressure adjusting mechanism 6 that changes setting of energizing force by the energizing spring 50. The initial pressure adjusting mechanism 6 is equipped with a spring receiving member 51, and an operating body 60 that has an operation input portion 61 that can be operated from the outside of the valve block 30 and an operation output portion 62 abutting on the spring receiving member 51 inside the valve block 30. The operation input portion 61 is operated to move the spring receiving member 51 in a moving direction of the spool 40a, thereby changing the setting of the energizing force by the energizing spring 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
