To inhibit complication of a structure resulting from a pressure detection hole provided in a casing of a pump in advance to detect an abrasion loss of a slide bearing in a conventional example.SOLUTION: In this application, in a case of a pump whose discharge quantity drastically changes, an external bypass pump which allows communication between a position where a liquid pressure does not change before and after abrasion occurs and a position where the liquid pressure changes before and after abrasion occurs is disposed at the housing outer side (a casing outer side) of the pump without providing a pressure detection hole in a casing of the pump specially. Pressure sensors are attached to positions where the external bypass pump is attached to the pump housing. Then, an abrasion loss of a slide bearing is estimated and detected by a pressure difference obtained by these two pressure sensors attached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】従来例では滑り軸受の摩耗量を検出するために、ポンプのケーシング内に圧力検出孔を予め設ける必要があり、その結果として構造が複雑な点である。【解決手段】本願発明では吐出量が大きく変化するポンプの場合に、ポンプのケーシング内部に圧力検出孔を特別に設けることなく、摩耗前後で液圧が変化しない位置と摩耗前後で液圧が変化する位置とを連通する外付けバイパス・パイプを、ポンプの筐体外側(ケーシング外側)に配置する。そしてその外付けしたバイパス・パイプがポンプ筐体に取付けられた位置に夫々圧力センサーを取付ける。その上で、取付けられたこれ等2個の圧力センサーから得られた圧力差により、滑り軸受の摩耗量を推測検出することを最も主要な特徴とする。【選択図】図2
