To provide an induction type brake warning trigger device including a self-adaptive structure which is compact in a structure, is capable of detecting accurately, is self-adaptive to allow telescopic motion, and then is used for a brake warning trigger of a vehicle.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses an induction type brake warning trigger device including a self-adaptive structure and belongs to technical field of a brake warning device. The induction type brake warning trigger device is provided with a brake handle base installed on a lateral side of a brake lever or a mount on a handle. A first mounting through hole is provided on a side opposed to the brake lever of the mount. A self-adaptive elastic extension unit is provided on an opening of the first mounting through hole. An induction type sensor opposed to the brake lever is provided on the self-adaptive elastic extension unit. The induction type sensor detects that intensity of beam of light which returns by being reflected on a brake lever becomes stronger or that reflecting time becomes shorter when the brake lever moves toward the handle and brake operation is performed and a brake signal is transmitted to a micro control module.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
