To provide a configuration that can adjust an inclination angle of a seat cushion with respect to a floor surface to a great extent by making a height of a front side of the seat cushion from the floor surface higher.SOLUTION: A link mechanism 30, which is a height adjustment mechanism that can adjust a heigh of a front side of a seat cushion 11 from a floor surface B, comprises: links 31 and 33 provided at the seat cushion 11 side; links 32 and 34 provided at the floor surface B side; and round units 40a and 40b that vary an angle α of connection between the link 31 and the link 32 and an angle of connection between the link 33 and the link 34 to vary the height at the front side of the seat cushion 11. The link 31 is connected to the link 32 so that the angle α of connection can be varied. The round unit 40a comprises a shaft 42, an external tooth gear 51 and an internal tooth gear 52 which rotate relatively in response to rotation of the shaft 42, where the external tooth gear 51 is connected to the link 32 and the internal tooth gear 52 is connected to a front side of a riser 25a which is the floor surface B side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
