To provide a blade rubber which has excellent followability to surfaces to be wiped having various shapes, and excellent wiping performance at a high level.SOLUTION: A blade rubber is composed of an elastic member containing polyurethane, brings a part of the elastic member into contact with the surface of a member to be cleaned and cleans the surface of the member to be cleaned, wherein when under 8°C environment, storage elastic modulus of the blade rubber at vibration frequency of 1×10-3 Hz is represented by E'(1) and storage elastic modulus thereof at vibration frequency of 1×104 Hz is represented by E'(2), E'(1) is 12.0 to 18.0 MPa, and E'(2) is 530 to 1,500 MPa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
