A CPU 11 equipped in the overall control apparatus performs: writing data to a storage 13 during execution of applications; executing a determination as to whether a remaining write cycles of the storage 13 have become equal to or lower than a predetermined prescribed value; and reducing, when the determination is affirmative, a frequency of writing data to the storage 13 during the execution of the applications, in the entire applications as compared with a case in which the determination is negative.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
