To improve power generation efficiency by associatively controlling oscillation of an upper surface side power generation panel and a lower surface side power generation panel, and setting an incident angle of solar light on both the power generation panels to an incident angle (right angle) of high power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation device 10 comprises: a first power generation panel member 28 including an upper surface side power generation panel; a second power generation panel member 30 including a lower surface side power generation panel; a reflection surface section 18A providing reflected light T3 of solar light to the second power generation panel member 30; incident angle detection means for detecting an incident angle θ of solar light T2 on the reflection surface portion 18A; and oscillation driving means and control means for associatively oscillating the first power generation panel member and the second power generation panel member so that incident angles thereon can be similar angle states. The oscillation angle state of both the power generation panels of the first power generation panel member 28 and the second power generation panel 30 are controlled so that the incident angles on both the power generation panels can be incident angles (right angles) of high power generation efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
