To secure a wide space on a vehicle floor surface at an unused position of a plate-like member.SOLUTION: A foot heater device includes: a plate-like member having a footrest surface on which feet of a vehicle occupant may be placed; a heater which is provided at the plate-like member to heat the footrest surface; a support member which is provided at the front relative to a vehicle seat of an interior panel, protrudes rearward from an attached surface extending in a height direction, and supports the plate-like member in a manner that enables position change; and a moving mechanism part which changes a position of the plate-like member between an unused position where the plate-like member faces the attached surface and the footrest surface does not face upward and a use position where the plate-like member extends in a direction intersecting with the attached surface and the footrest surface faces upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
