To provide a hydrous state determination device for a fuel cell capable of performing a state determination of the fuel cell by also effectively utilizing a low frequency side in an AC signal used for measurement, and a fuel cell vehicle.SOLUTION: A hydrous state determination device for a fuel cell stack includes a control device for performing a hydrous state determination of a fuel cell stack consisting of one or more cells on the basis of impedance measurement obtained by applying a load waveform for measurement to the fuel cell stack. In accordance with whether or not film resistance of the cell based on the impedance measurement exceeds a first threshold, the control device determines a dry state of the cell and, in a case where a value of the film resistance is equal to or less than the first threshold and a variation degree at a low frequency side in the impedance measurement exceeds a second threshold which is different from the first threshold, determines flooding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】測定に用いられる交流信号のうち低周波数側も有効に活用して燃料電池の状態判定を行うことが可能な燃料電池の含水状態判定装置および燃料電池車を提供する。【解決手段】本開示の一形態における燃料電池スタックの含水状態判定装置は、1又は複数のセルで構成された燃料電池スタックに測定用負荷波形を印加して得られるインピーダンス測定に基づいて前記燃料電池スタックの含水状態判定を行う制御装置を含み、前記制御装置は、前記インピーダンス測定に基づく前記セルの膜抵抗が第1閾値を超えるかで前記セルの乾燥状態を判定し、前記膜抵抗の値が前記第1閾値以下であり、且つ、前記インピーダンス測定における低周波側のばらつき度合いが前記第1閾値と異なる第2閾値を超える場合にはフラッディングと判定する。【選択図】図1
