To provide a charging management system in which an increase of a charging stand-by time can be suppressed in a case where a plurality of electric work machines are operated.SOLUTION: A charge-state acquisition unit acquires the charge state of a power storage device from each of a plurality of electric work machines. A processing unit predicts a congestion situation of a charging device on the basis of the charge state histories of the plurality of electric work machines acquired by the charge-state acquisition unit according to a rule of performing charging when the charge state of each of the electric work machines becomes equal to or lower than a charging recommendation level at which charging should be performed, and outputs a result of the prediction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
