To provide air-conditioning apparatus, an air-conditioning apparatus and an air-conditioning program capable of enhancing the safety of a flying object.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning control part acquires the output of an air-conditioning system at a step S202 for air-conditioning control processing. The air-conditioning control part uses flight information and battery information to determine whether a high-load condition is established in the load determination processing of a step S203. When the high-load condition is not established, the air-conditioning performs normal air-conditioning processing at a step S212. When the high-load condition is established, the air-conditioning control part performs the processing for limiting air-conditioning system drive at steps S205-S211. For example, the air-conditioning control part sets an air-conditioning system limit level at the step S205 and performs air-conditioning output limit processing at the step S206.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
