To provide a vehicular air intake duct structure capable of suppressing generation of turbulence of an intake air flow.SOLUTION: A vehicular air intake duct structure is equipped with a hollow air intake part 33 that has an air intake opening part and to which an air intake duct body is communicated and connected, and an air intake guide member 40 that is equipped in the air intake part. The air intake guide member is equipped with a first guide part 41 that has a first upper surface part and a first side surface part 41b disposed on an air intake upstream side and projecting out from the air intake opening part to a deep part in the air intake part, and a first front surface part 41c disposed in the deep part in the air intake part, and a second guide part 42 that has a second upper surface part and a second side surface part 42b disposed at an air intake downstream side of the first guide part and projecting to a deep part in the air intake part from the air intake opening part, and a second front surface part 42c disposed in the deep part in the intake air part. The first guide part has a larger projecting amount to the deep part than the second guide part, and a first corner part 41g connecting the first side surface part and the first front surface part has a smaller curvature of a curved surface than that of a second corner part 42g connecting the second side surface part and the second front surface part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
