To provide a parking/stopping violation determination device capable of correctly recognizing a place of a parking/stopping violation.SOLUTION: A parking/stopping violation determination device 1 includes a detection section 2, a determination section 3, and a generation section 4. The detection section 2 detects a condition to determine a parking/stopping violation from an image obtained by photographing a peripheral state of a vehicle. The determination section 3 determines whether or not a place where the vehicle stops is a place of the parking/stopping violation based on information related to a detected condition, and generates a place determination result indicating that the place is the place of the parking/stopping violation. The generation section 4 generates a sketch on a map, which displays the information related to the condition and the place determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】駐停車違反となる場所を正確に認識することが可能な駐停車違反判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係る駐停車違反判定装置1は、検出部2、判定部3、作成部4を備える。検出部2は、車両の周辺状況を撮影した画像から、駐停車違反を判定するための条件を検出する。判定部3は、検出された条件に関する情報に基づいて、車両が停止する場所が駐停車違反となる場所か否かを判定し、駐停車違反となる場所であることを示す場所判定結果を生成する。作成部4は、地図上に、条件に関する情報と、場所判定結果とを表示した見取り図を作成する。【選択図】図1
