To provide an extrusion molded product and a weather strip that contribute to weight reduction and facilitate obtaining desired rigidity and linear expansion coefficient.SOLUTION: A kneaded material obtained by blending a polypropylene resin composition with a plate-shaped particle inorganic filler and a foaming agent is extrusion-molded, and the foaming agent is foamed by the extrusion molding to obtain an extrusion molded product. In the kneaded material, a weight ratio (polypropylene resin composition/inorganic filler) of the polypropylene resin composition and the inorganic filler is set in a range of 50/50 to 95/5. A weather strip W is composed of a mounting base 1 which is made of the extrusion molded product and can be freely fitted to a vehicle body of an automobile, and elastic portions 2, 3 which are made of a thermoplastic elastomer molded product obtained by extrusion molding of a thermoplastic elastomer composition and can be freely in contact with a door glass G provided on a door panel .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】軽量化に貢献、かつ所望の剛性や線膨張率を得られ易くすることが可能な押出し成形体,ウェザーストリップを提供する。【解決手段】ポリプロピレン樹脂組成物に板状粒子の無機充填剤および発泡剤が配合された混練物を押出し成形し、当該押出し成形により前記発泡剤を発泡させて押出し成形体を得る。前記混練物は、前記ポリプロピレン樹脂組成物と前記無機充填剤との重量比であるポリプロピレン樹脂組成物/無機充填剤が50/50~95/5の範囲内とする。前記押出し成形体から成り、自動車の車体に対して嵌合自在な取付基部1と、熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を押出し成形して得た熱可塑性エラストマー成形体から成り、ドアパネルに設けられているドアガラスGに対して弾接自在な弾性部2,3と、によりウェザーストリップWを構成する。【選択図】図2
