To provide a method for manufacturing a vehicular windshield which includes a step of joining a conductor and a terminal using a lead-free solder, and can enhance fracture strength of a glass plate after terminal fitting.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a vehicular windshield includes the successive steps of: applying a material of a conductor onto a vehicle interior surface of a first glass plate, making a glass plate with a conductor obtained by baking and a second glass plate overlap each other through a resin film that is a material of an intermediate film, and obtaining a temporary laminate (S14); decompressing and heating the temporary laminate at a temperature lower than a heating temperature of a step (S16), and obtaining a preliminary crimped body (S15); and pressurizing and heating the preliminary crimped body at a temperature of 100-150°C, and obtaining a laminated glass (S16), and has a step (SX) of bonding a terminal onto a terminal joint part included in the conductor through a lead-free solder solidified after heating and melting, between the step (S14) and the step (S15) or between the step (S15) and the step (S16).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11

    【課題】導電体と端子とを無鉛半田を用いて接合する工程を含み、端子付け後のガラス板の破壊強度を高めることが可能な車両用フロントガラスの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】第1ガラス板の車内面上に導電体の材料を塗工し、焼成して得られた導電体付きガラス板と第2ガラス板とを、中間膜の材料である樹脂フィルムを介して重ねて、仮積層体を得る工程(S14)と、仮積層体を、工程(S16)の加熱温度より低い温度で減圧加熱して、予備圧着体を得る工程(S15)と、予備圧着体を、100~150℃の温度で加圧加熱して、合わせガラスを得る工程(S16)とを順次有し、さらに、工程(S14)と工程(S15)との間、または、工程(S15)と工程(S16)との間に、導電体に含まれる端子接合部上に、加熱溶融させた後に凝固させた無鉛半田を介して端子を接合する工程(SX)を有する、車両用フロントガラスの製造方法。【選択図】図11
