To provide a mobile object condition monitoring device, a mobile object condition monitoring method, and a mobile object condition monitoring program capable of accurately detecting a movement path of the mobile object and an abnormality of the mobile object.SOLUTION: A mobile object condition monitoring device according to the present disclosure is a mobile object condition monitoring device for determining an abnormality of at least one of a movement path of a mobile object including a magnetically geared motor, a magnetically geared motor, a mobile object, and it comprises a phase angle acquiring unit for acquiring a phase angle of a low-speed rotor of the magnetically geared motor and a phase angle of a high-speed rotor of the magnetically geared motor, and an abnormality determination unit for determining an abnormality of at least one of the movement path of the mobile object, the magnetically geared motor, and the mobile object on the basis of the integral value of the phase difference displaying the integral value of the difference between the phase difference of the low-speed rotor and the high-speed rotor obtained by the phase angle acquiring section relative to the phase difference between the low-speed rotor and the high-speed rotor estimated with respect to an input power as a reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
