To provide a composite body capable of improving bonding strength and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A composite body 1 is formed by joining a metal part 10 and a resin part 20 at mutually opposed bonding surfaces 11, 21, wherein the composite body includes: a first groove 30 formed along one direction on the bonding surface 11 of the metal part 10; a second groove 40 formed along another direction which intersects the first groove 30; and a cross-linked part 50 formed at least partially at an intersection of the first groove 30 and the second groove 40 to connect both edges of the first groove 30 with each other by the metal base material of the metal part 10 along the second groove 40. In the method for producing the composite body 1, the first groove 30 is formed by laser processing, and then the second groove 40 is formed by laser processing to form the cross-linked part 50 so as to connect the two edges of the first groove 30 with each other. Thereafter, the metal part 10 and the resin part 20 are joined at the mutually opposed bonding surfaces 11, 21 while filling the first groove 30 and the second groove 40 with molten resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】接合強度を向上し得る複合体およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】この複合体1は、金属部10と樹脂部20とを相互に対向する接合面11,21で接合したものであり、金属部10の接合面11に一の方向に沿って形成された第一の溝30と、第一の溝30と交差する他の方向に沿って形成された第二の溝40と、第一の溝30と第二の溝40との交差部の少なくとも一部に第二の溝40に沿って金属部10の金属母材によって第一の溝30の両縁相互を繋ぐように形成された架橋部50と、を有する。この複合体1の製造方法は、第一の溝30をレーザ処理で形成した後に、第二の溝40をレーザ処理で形成することで、第一の溝30の両縁相互を繋ぐように架橋部50を形成する。その後、第一の溝30と第二の溝40とに溶融樹脂を充填しつつ金属部10と樹脂部20とを相互に対向する接合面11,21で接合する。【選択図】図1
