To provide an inertia weight for improving comfort and energy efficiency of an electric motorcycle and a power transmission device having the inertia weight, and to provide a power transmission device having the inertia weight which makes a clutch easily connectable by sustaining rotation of a rotating shaft.SOLUTION: A power transmission device X comprises an electric motor 1, a clutch 2, an inertia weight 3 and an attachment jacket 4, and is assembled into a motorcycle B. The inertia weight 3 is provided so as to hang out in a radial direction of the attachment shaft 4. The attachment shaft 4 has an attachment part 41 to which the inertia weight 3 is attached. A central axis is defined perpendicularly to an advancing direction of the motorcycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
