To provide a passenger-flow congestion prediction device and a passenger-flow congestion prediction method capable of improving accuracy of a passenger-flow prediction result for a railroad transportation more than before.SOLUTION: A passenger-flow congestion prediction device 10 comprises a data acquisition section 12, a route search section 13, and a train allocation section 14. The data acquisition section 12 acquires ticket gate passage data D1 including the entry time to a railway station and the departure time from the railway station acquired from an automatic ticket gate installed at the railway station for each passenger, and acquires diagram data D2 of the current train including the departure and arrival times of the current train. The route search section 13 extracts a route candidate based on the entry time at the entry station of the passenger acquired by the data acquisition part 12, on the leaving time of the passenger at the leaving station, and on the departure and arrival times of the current train. The train allocation part 14 calculates an allocation index based on the ticket gate passage data D1 and the diagram data D2, and assigns one passenger to multiple route candidates according to the passenger allocation index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】鉄道輸送における旅客の流動の予測結果の精度を従来よりも向上させることが可能な旅客流動混雑予測装置、旅客流動混雑予測方法を提供する。【解決手段】旅客流動混雑予測装置10は、データ取得部12、経路探索部13、列車割当部14を備える。データ取得部12は、鉄道駅に設置された自動改札機から取得された旅客ごとの鉄道駅への入場時刻と鉄道駅からの出場時刻とを含む改札機通過データD1と現行列車の出発時刻と到着時刻とを含む現行列車のダイヤデータD2とを取得する。経路探索部13は、データ取得部12において取得された旅客が入場した入場駅における入場時刻と旅客が出場した出場駅における出場時刻と現行列車の出発時刻および到着時刻とに基づいて経路候補を抽出する。列車割当部14は、改札機通過データD1およびダイヤデータD2に基づいて割当指数を算出し旅客を割当指数に応じて1人の旅客を複数の経路候補に割り当てる。【選択図】図1
