To predict a risk to occur among a part of many traffic participants with a few loads.SOLUTION: A cooperation support device comprises: a prediction unit which predicts future of a plurality of traffic participants; and a cooperation support information notification unit by which a notification object determined from among the plurality of traffic participants is notified of. The prediction unit comprises: a group classification unit which divides the plurality of traffic participants into movement groups G1 to G9 and acquires movement group information including positions, shapes, and movement vectors of the respective movement groups G1 to G9; a first prediction unit which predicts presence/absence of collision among the respective movement groups G1 to G9 on the basis of the movement group information and specifies a collision site in movement groups predicted to collide; and a second prediction unit which determines two or more specific traffic participants from among the plurality of traffic participants on the basis of the collision site and predicts presence/absence of collision among the specific traffic participants when it is predicted to collide by the first prediction unit 622.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
