To provide an electrolytic corrosion detection device and the like that can efficiently detect an electrolytic corrosion area of a rail.SOLUTION: An electrolytic corrosion detection device comprises: an acquisition unit 11 that acquires an image obtained by photographing a rail; an extraction unit 12 that extracts a rail tie peripheral area from the acquired image; an identification unit 13 that identifies an area to be identified and an edge of the rail in the rail tie peripheral area; and a detection unit 14 that detects an electrolytic corrosion area equal to or more than a threshold area or equal to or more than a threshold width based on the positional relationship between the identified area to be identified and the edge of the rail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
