To provide a window lifting structure and a vehicle capable of improving assembling workability of a window glass.SOLUTION: A window lifting structure includes a carrier plate having a standing wall and arranged movably along a lifting direction, and a glass holder fixed to a window glass, moved from a front side to a back side in an assembling direction, and assembled to the carrier plate by getting over the standing wall, the standing wall having an inclined part inclined upward from the front side to the back side in the assembling direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
