To provide an information processor that uses a temporal-spatial format that can share position information and spatial information that is compatible with various devices.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: determination means for determining that a mobile object has approached a collision hazard area being an area in which there is a possibility of collision with a collision factor; unique identifier list acquisition means for acquiring a list of unique identifiers that is stored by associating information of the collision factors with the unique identifiers associated with a space in which the collision factors exist when it is determined that the mobile object has approached the collision danger area; and collision avoidance control means for controlling the mobile object to avoid collision with the collision factors according to the collision risk based on information of the collision factors stored in the unique identifier list.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
