To allow the present invention to achieve the acquisition of the optical data for calculating the observation information by using an aircraft with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an optical data acquisition device which includes: a processing circuit inside; a casing which is placed on the seat surface of an aircraft seat and fixed by pressure; a light collection part having the detection surface which directs the field of views of the aircraft window, the boundary of the field of views being within the range of the window; and a connection cable for electrically or optically connecting the light collection part and the processing circuit.
