To provide a drive force transmission device which can easily assemble a plurality of roller support parts to a roller arrangement part, and a rotating mechanism.SOLUTION: A drive force transmission device has a plurality of drive rollers, a plurality of roller support parts and a roller arrangement part. The plurality of drive rollers transmit drive forces to a main wheel. The plurality of roller support parts rotatably support the plurality of drive rollers, respectively. The plurality of drive rollers and the plurality of roller support parts are arranged at the roller arrangement part. The roller arrangement part has a base part, an outside frame part and an inside frame part. The base part extends radially outward relative to a rotating axial line. The outside frame part is arranged along a circumferential direction around the rotating axial line, and protrudes in an axial direction along the rotating axial line from the base part. The inside frame part is arranged radially inward with respect to the outside frame part, and protrudes in the axial direction from the base part. The plurality of roller support parts are fit between an internal peripheral face of the outside frame part and an external peripheral face of the inside frame part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
