To provide a technique that allows heat to be effectively dissipated from in-vehicle electronic components.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle electronic component case 12 includes: a first ventilation film 50 through which air from a front side of a vehicle 2 flows into the case 12 and a second ventilation film 52 through which the air flowing into the case 12 through the first ventilation film 50 is discharged to a rear side of the vehicle 2. Heat dissipation from an in-vehicle electric components such as charging relays 18, 20 are facilitated by the air from the front side of the vehicle 2 passing through the first ventilation film 50 and the second ventilation film 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
