To provide a vehicular impact absorption member that can achieve excellent energy absorption efficiency.SOLUTION: A vehicular impact absorption member, arranged between a tip of a side member and a bumper beam, comprises a crush box and a pressing member 2A. The crush box is formed of a long fiber-reinforced resin into a cylindrical shape, whose one end is attached to the tip of the side member. The pressing member 2A is mounted on an opening at the other end at an opposite side of one end of the crush box. A plurality of protrusion parts 20 whose tips are ridge lines, protruded toward an opening edge at the other end of the crush box is formed on a surface 2x opposing to the crush box of the pressing member 2A. Further, inclined surfaces 21 inclined from a center O of the opposing surface 2x toward a peripheral edge contacting the opening edge at the other end of the crush box are formed on the opposing surface 2x of the pressing member 2A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】優れたエネルギー吸収効率を実現することのできる車両用衝撃吸収部材を提供する。【解決手段】サイドメンバの先端とバンパビームとの間に配設される車両用衝撃吸収部材は、クラッシュボックスと押圧部材2Aとを備えている。クラッシュボックスは、長繊維強化樹脂によって形成された筒状形状を有しており、その一端がサイドメンバの先端に取り付けられる。押圧部材2Aは、クラッシュボックスの一端とは反対側の他端の開口に取り付けられる。押圧部材2Aのクラッシュボックスとの対向面2x上には、クラッシュボックスの他端の開口縁に向けて突出された、先端が稜線となる複数の突起部20が形成されている。また、押圧部材2Aの対向面2x上には、当該対向面2xの中心Oからクラッシュボックスの他端の開口縁と当接する周縁に向けて傾斜する傾斜面21も形成されている。【選択図】図2
