To provide a satellite positioning antenna mounting structure and a satellite positioning antenna device that eliminate an offset occurring between the center position of a suspended load and the position of a satellite positioning antenna and improve measurement accuracy of the position of the suspended load.SOLUTION: A satellite positioning antenna mounting structure has a boom 2 supported by a crane body 1a, a sheave 4 provided at a tip 2a of the boom 2, an antenna body 9 that receives radio waves from positioning satellites, a stabilizer 11 that supports the antenna body 9 with the antenna body facing toward the zenith, and a mounting frame 20 attached to the boom 2. The mounting frame 20 has a fulcrum 12 on an extension line L of a rotating shaft 4a of the sheave 4, which is the center of rotation of the stabilizer 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
