To enable an operator operating a manned transport vehicle to intuitively recognize a distance, a direction, etc. to a cargo work position by using an unmanned flying object.SOLUTION: A guidance system comprises: a taxiway generation unit 31 that generates a taxiway 4 between a vehicle position D1 of a manned transport vehicle 1 and a cargo work position D2; an arrangement determining unit 32 that determines aerial stop positions of a plurality of unmanned flying objects 2 on a taxiway 4; and a battery residual quantity detecting unit 24 that detects a residual quantity of a battery 25 provided in the unmanned flying object 2, wherein: the battery residual quantity detecting unit 24 transmits a detection signal to the arrangement determining unit 32 when the residual quantity of the battery 25 is decreased below a predetermined threshold; and the arrangement determining unit 32 determines, based on the detection signal, that the unmanned flying object 2 whose residual quantity of the battery 25 has decreased below the predetermined threshold is to be removed from the taxiway 4, or that the unmanned flying object 2 whose residual quantity of the battery 25 has decreased below the predetermined threshold is powered in a wireless manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
