To provide a device which is used for receiving solar light and transmitting the light to a remote area in cosmic space and enables light reception and transmission while making its efficiency as high as possible with a relatively simple structure.SOLUTION: A light condensing radiation device 100 used in cosmic space includes a light condensing lens unit 10, a radiation pipe 20, and an arm 30.
