To achieve appropriate adjustment of a position of a rectifier according to a situation of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A rectification mechanism is structured so that a left actuator and a right actuator are independently controlled on the basis of a pressure of travel wind to a vehicle 12, thereby independently adjusting a rotational amount of a left deflector 14 and a rotational amount of a right deflector 14.
