To solve the problem that in a conventional member for welding different materials, round-chamfering and a complicated shape of a rivet such as an annular groove are required, which increases manufacturing costs, and productivity is low and moreover flexibility of design is restricted, and further rigidity at a desired place cannot be increased.SOLUTION: A third material which has a penetration part and which is difficult to be welded to a first material and a second material is nipped between the first material and the second material which are made of metal materials of the same kind which can be welded to each other, so as to form a second gap corresponding to a plate thickness of the first material positioned at a side to which a laser beam is emitted between the first material and the second material in an area corresponding to the penetration part; and in a state where there is the second gap not yet welded exists, the area corresponding to the penetration part is irradiated with a laser beam from the first material side, so as to melt and join the first material and the second material to each other through the penetration part, so that the third material is compressed and fixed, which fixes the third material and the first material and the second material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】これまでの異材接合用部材は、R面取りや環状溝等の複雑なリベット形状が必要である。この場合、製造コストも高くなり、また、生産性が低い上に、設計自由度が制限される。また、必要か所での剛性増加ができないという課題があった。【解決手段】互いに溶接可能な同種系の金属材からなる第1の材料と第2の材料との間に、貫通部を有し、第1の材料と第2の材料に対して溶接が困難な第3の材料を、貫通部に対応する領域における第1の材料と第2の材料との間にレーザ光が照射される側にある第1の材料の板厚に応じた第2のギャップを設けるようにして挟み、且つ溶接前の第2のギャップが存在する状態で、第1の材料側から貫通部に対応する領域をレーザ光で照射し、貫通部を介して第1の材料と第2の材料とが互いに溶融結合して、第3の材料が圧縮固定されることにより、第3の材料と第1の材料と第2の材料とを固定する。【選択図】図1
