To provide a tire that has a mark such as at least a bar code and/or a two-dimensional code produced by thermal transfer and has sufficient durability and high mark extinction resistance even when its mark is used in various severe conditions.SOLUTION: A tire 10 includes an ink-printed part in which at least a bar code and/or a two-dimensional code 20 is formed by thermal transfer on an ink receiving layer of an intermediate image receiving film, where the ink receiving layer is composed of rubber elastomer and is disposed on a heat-resistant transparent thermoplastic resin film. The ink-printed part is in contact with a bottom surface of a tire recessed part formed by a mold during vulcanization molding of a green tire. The heat-resistant transparent thermoplastic resin film 30, which has a printing surface, and ink of the printed part integrally formed in the recessed part while being adhered with the vulcanized tire rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱転写方式により作製された少なくともバーコード及び/あるいは2次元コード等のマークを有するタイヤにおいて、該マークが種々の過酷な条件で使用された場合であっても十分な耐久性があり、耐消マーク性が高いタイヤを提供すること。【解決手段】耐熱性透明熱可塑性樹脂フィルム上にゴム系エラストマーよりなるインク受容層が設けられた中間受像フィルムのインク受容層上に、熱転写方式により少なくともバーコード及び/あるいは2次元コード20が形成されたインク印字部が、グリーンタイヤの加硫成型の際金型により形成されるタイヤ凹部内の底面部に接触してあり、且つ該印字面を有する該耐熱性透明熱可塑性樹脂フィルム30及び該印字部のインクが一体となって加硫後のタイヤゴムと接着状態で前記凹部内にあるタイヤ10とする。【選択図】図1
