To determine validity of a setting change of an elevator made by a customer so as to enable inhibition of an inappropriate setting change.SOLUTION: An elevator management system includes a setting change unit performing processing for changing a set value of a target elevator in response to a setting change command that indicates change of a set value related to a function of an elevator, a storage unit for storing setting-related information indicating a relation between the set value and related data that is changed in accordance with change of the set value, and a determination unit for determining the validity of an expected set value based on the related data corresponding to the expected set value that is a value obtained after the change of the set value, which is instructed to be changed by the setting change command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
