To solve problems of life saving equipment provided for shipwreck including life boats, life rafts, and life jackets for actual use. that in particular, the life jacket, with emphasis laid only on buoyancy on water surface due to consideration given to the factor that life jacket is worn by a shipwreck victim, cannot preventing hypothermia by protecting body temperature of the water accident victim from low temperature sea water, lake water, river water, etc. and that the life boats or life rafts are often not be provided in small vessels due to high equipment cost thereof to satisfy the number of passengers [0016].SOLUTION: A water-accident survival suit of the present invention, is made from a cellular cushioning medium to protect a body temperature of a water accident victim from low temperature sea water, lake water, and river water and the like by thermal insulation effect of the cellular cushioning medium, thereby, maintaining the body temperature of the water accident victim. In addition, even when one part of the material is damaged by outside impact, buoyancy effect of the water-accident survival suit as a whole is not lost but only losing the one part of the buoyancy in a damaged portion. 【課題】[0016]船舶の海難時における救命設備には救命ボート、救命いかだ、救命胴衣などが実用に供されている。その中でも救命胴衣については遭難者が着用することにより水上での浮力性のみが重視され低温の海水、湖水、川水等から水難者の体温を保護し低体温症を防ぐことができないという問題点があった。また、小型船舶での乗船定員数を満たすための救命ボート、救命いかだは設備費用が高額になるため装備されていなかった。【解決手段】[0017]本発明の水難救命スーツでは、スーツの製作素材を気泡緩衝材としてるめ気泡緩衝材の保温効果により低温の海水、湖水、川水等から水難者の体温を保護し水難者の体温が保たれる。また外部からの衝撃により素材の一部が破損しても破損部分の一部の浮力を失うだけで水難救命スーツ全体の浮力の効果は失われない。さらには気泡緩衝材に赤や黄色の着色を施すことにより遭難者の早期発見が期待できる。【選択図】図1
