To suppress a transmission efficiency of a power in a radio charging with an electric field coupling system.SOLUTION: A mobile body 20 can receive an AC power from a power transmission device 10 having a first power transmission electrode 11 and a second power transmission electrode 12 in a radio, and comprises: a mobile main body 21; a first power reception electrode 31 that is coupled with the first power transmission electrode 11 in an electric field when it is opposite to a vertical direction to the first power transmission electrode 11; a second power transmission electrode 32 that is coupled with the second power transmission electrode 12 in the electrode field when it is opposite to a vertical direction to the second power transmission electrode 12 as well as being arranged with an interval to a direction along a road surface R to the first power reception electrode 31; a power reception side ground 35 that is arranged with the interval to the first power reception electrode 31 and the second power transmission electrode 32, and is formed by a conductive material; a matching circuit that matches an AC power output from the first power reception electrode 31 and the second power transmission electrode 32; a rectification circuit that converts the AC power through the matching circuit into a DC power; and a load 60 to which the converted DC power is supplied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
