To provide a technique which restrains vibration noise of a suspension tower.SOLUTION: A suspension support structure comprises: a suspension tower which is provided with an upper plate formed with a plurality of beads extending radially; and an upper mount which is situated under the upper plate and supports an upper end of a suspension. There is provided a plurality of protrusions on an upper face of the upper mount, and the respective protrusions abut to an underside of the upper plate between adjoining beads. Contact surface pressure between the upper plate of the suspension tower and the upper mount becomes higher by bringing the protrusions into contact with the upper plate in comparison with when the whole upper face of the upper mount comes into contact with the upper plate and therefore, a noise emitted from the whole suspension tower via the upper plate is restrained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】本明細書は、サスペンションタワーの振動ノイズを抑える技術を提供する。【解決手段】本明細書が開示するサスペンション支持構造は、放射状に延びる複数のビードが形成されている上板を備えているサスペンションタワーと、上板の下に位置しており、サスペンションの上端を支えるアッパ-マウントを備える。アッパ-マウントの上面には複数の突起が設けられており、それぞれの突起が隣り合うビードの間で上板の下面に当接している。アッパ-マウントの上面の全体が上板に接触する場合と比較して、突起を上板に接触させることで、サスペンションタワーの上板とアッパーマウントの間の接触面圧が高くなり、上板を介してサスペンションタワー全体から発せられるノイズが抑えられる。【選択図】図4
