To provide a traffic facility control system that can both ensure a physical safety of a moving person and reduce a psychological burden on the moving person.SOLUTION: A traffic facility control system 1 according to an embodiment comprises: a detection unit 1a that detects a movement capability of a person; a determination unit 1b that determines a psychological state of the person; and a control unit 1c that controls a traffic facility installed on at least one of a location near a current location of the person, a location on a route where the person moves, and a location along the route, based on the movement capability of the person and the psychological state of the person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
