To solve the problem of methods used in which artificial satellites and planetary probes in prior art are loaded on rockets to be launched and put in satellite orbits, or directed to target planets by utilizing gravity of the earth, or the like.SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, an electric propulsion function is loaded into an artificial satellite or a planetary probe. A slit (notch) is formed in one piece of disk type plate, and the plate is rotated at high speed to cause fluid movement so that conversion to propulsive power occurs. A bullet is fired from a gun barrel installed in an airframe, whereby conversion to propulsive power occurs utilizing a reaction (counteraction) at this time. A wall is installed on an outer peripheral lateral surface of the airframe, so that fluid resistance is reduced and high-speed movement is facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: None
