To provide a shift device that can suppress a disturbance magnetic field.SOLUTION: A shift device 20 includes: a magnetic sensor 72 provided on an inside of a design surface 10A and detecting magnetism; and an operation knob 40 installed on an outside of the design surface 10A while projecting to perform a switching operation for switching the shift position on the basis of the magnetism detected by the magnetic sensor 72, where the operation knob 40 is formed of a magnetism shield member that at least partially shields magnetism. When an object 4 generating magnetism comes close to the outside of the design surface 10A, the operation knob 40 is disposed between the object 4 and the magnetic sensor 72. Accordingly, the object 40 shields the magnetism M emitted by the object 4, thereby suppressing impact on the magnetic sensor 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】外乱磁場を抑制することができるシフト装置を得る。【解決手段】シフト装置20は、意匠面10Aの内側に設けられ、磁気を検知する磁気センサ72と、意匠面10Aの外側に突出して設けられ、磁気センサ72によって検知された磁気に基づいて、シフトポジションを切り替える切替操作をする操作ノブ40であって、少なくとも一部が磁気を遮蔽する磁気遮蔽部材で形成された操作ノブ40と、を備える。意匠面10Aの外側に磁気を発生する物体4が接近した場合、この物体4と、磁気センサ72との間に操作ノブ40が配置される。そのため、この物体4から発せられる磁気Mが、操作ノブ40によって遮蔽され、磁気センサ72に影響を及ぼすことが抑制される。【選択図】図3
