To provide a derailment prevention device which has the simple structure and can sufficiently bear falling prevention of a heavy-weight tire wheel of a large-sized vehicle that rotates at a high speed.SOLUTION: A derailment prevention device 100 of a tire wheel 20 attached to an axle hub 10 of a large-sized vehicle comprises: a piece member 110 which is fit to a recessed groove 11 of the axle hub 10; a cylindrical member 120 which covers the axle hub 10 fit with the piece member 110 from the outer periphery; and a fixation screw 130 which pushes the piece member 120 against the recessed groove 11. The piece member 110 is fixed by the fixation screw 130 in such a state that the cylindrical member 120 is brought into contact with a step D generated between the recessed groove 11 and a hub cap 14. A notch or recess which can store a socket 31 of an electric wrench 30 is formed on a lower end of the cylindrical member 120. 【課題】 構成簡単で、しかも高速で回転する大型車輌の大重量のタイヤホイールの脱落防止に十分に耐えられる脱輪防止装置を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 大型車輌のアクスルハブ10に装着されるタイヤホイール20の脱輪防止装置100は、アクスルハブ10の凹状溝部11に嵌め込まれる駒部材110と、駒部材110が嵌め込まれたアクスルハブ10を外周から覆う筒部材120と、駒部材120を凹状溝部11に押し当てる固定ネジ130とからなる。凹状溝部11とハブキャップ14との間に生ずる段差Dに筒部材120が当接された状態で、駒部材110は固定ネジ130で固定される。筒部材120の下端には、電動レンチ30のソケット31が収容可能な切欠き部又は凹部が形成され、脱輪防止装置100装着時の締め付け作業が可能になる。【選択図】図2
