To provide a wind direction adjustment device for reducing ventilation resistance in a ventilation path.SOLUTION: A wind direction adjustment device 1 comprises: a case body 10 having a ventilation path C; a rectangular plate-shaped fin 20 arranged inside the ventilation path C, and rotatable about a central axis AX parallel to a first principal plane 21 or a second principal plane 22; and a flat operation knob 30 that is integrated with the fin 20 in a thickness direction, and is made thicker than a thickness T1 of the fin 20. The operation knob 30 has a narrow part 36 formed by at least parts of two side wall parts 35 that are continuous with the respective fins 20. Regarding a width of the fin 20 in a direction along a central axis AX, a width W2 of the narrow part 36 is made narrower than a width W3 of a leeward end part 33 of the operation knob 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
