The impact absorption member 20 has; an inside part 50 in which a plurality of fiber reinforced resin layers are deposited to each other, the fiber reinforced resin layers being formed by impregnating the reinforced fibers with a thermoplastic resin, and the plurality of fiber reinforced resin layers are laminated in a lamination direction A. The impact absorption member 20 has two outside parts 60 in which a plurality of fiber reinforced resin layers are deposited to each other, the fiber reinforced resin layers being formed by impregnating the reinforced fibers with the thermoplastic resin, and the plurality of fiber reinforced resin layers are laminated in the lamination direction A. The outside parts 60 hold the inside part 50 from both sides in the lamination direction A. The impact absorption member 20 has two thermoplastic resin layers 80 which are provided between the inside part 50 and each of the outside parts 60, and are respectively deposited to the inside part 50 and the outside parts 60.
