To provide a deceleration control device that can perform deceleration control of an EDSS, without requiring a brake system corresponding to an external deceleration request.SOLUTION: A deceleration control device 1 is provided with: a valve 23 that is brought into an open state to supply compressed air to a brake mechanism and is brought into a close state so as not to supply compressed air to the brake mechanism; a sensor 26 that detects air pressure of the compressed air supplied to the brake mechanism; a brake indication obtaining part 11 that obtains a brake indication signal for deceleration control; an air pressure obtaining part 12 that obtains air pressure from the sensor 26; and a valve control part 13 that controls the valve into either of the open state and the close state. The valve control part 13 starts deceleration control when the brake indication signal is obtained, and in the deceleration control, controls the valve into the close state when the air pressure is above a predetermined first threshold, and controls the valve into the open state when the air pressure is below a predetermined second threshold smaller than the first threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】外部減速度要求に対応したブレーキシステムを要することなく、EDSSの減速制御を可能にする。【解決手段】減速制御装置1は、開状態とされることにより圧縮エアをブレーキ機構に供給し、閉状態とされることにより圧縮エアをブレーキ機構に非供給とするバルブ23と、ブレーキ機構に供給される圧縮エアのエア圧を検出するセンサ26と、減速制御のためのブレーキ指示信号を取得するブレーキ指示取得部11と、エア圧をセンサ26から取得するエア圧力取得部12と、バルブを開状態及び閉状態のいずれかに制御するバルブ制御部13とを備え、バルブ制御部13は、ブレーキ指示信号が取得された場合に減速制御を開始し、減速制御において、エア圧が所定の第1の閾値以上になったときにバルブを閉状態に制御し、エア圧が第1の閾値より小さい所定の第2の閾値以下になったときにバルブを開状態に制御する。【選択図】図1
